Newport City Homes (NCH) provides services to over 10,000 residents, leaseholders and shared owners in the city of Newport.   Established in 2009, after Newport City Council transferred its housing stock to the new organisation, we have a passion for providing quality homes and services by investing in people, places and partnerships. 

Our ambition is to pursue excellence and deliver opportunities for all to transform the quality of homes, communities and lives. 

We wish to encourage residents to engage with us and create a confident, dynamic organisation that listens, learns and improves continuously.

Newport City Homes has never been just a housing association. We have big ambitions and we need some pretty spectacular people to help us get there.
