HR Manager (30hr Week, 6 Month FTC) | Busy Environment | Poole
A Part-Time HR Manager position (30hrs per week) is currently available in a busy operational organisation on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of Maternity leave.
Reporting to a Group Head of HR, this is a fully generalist role taking responsibility for the HR function within a manufacturing company. As well as providing support and advice across the full spectrum of HR with support from an Administrator, there is a particular emphasis on developing a truly coaching culture, where training and support is provided to line managers through the design and delivery of coaching sessions and soft skills training.
Experienced within an autonomous HR role and able to deliver both strategic and transactional HR support, this is a fantastic role for somebody looking for a reduced hours opportunity until September 2017.
