HR Assistant (Part-Time)
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a part-time HR Assistant. This is the prefect role if you are looking to further develop your HR experience and gain new key skills within this sector. You will be working 20 hours a week and your main role will be to support the HR Manager and be the first point of contact for internal and external HR enquiries and administration.
Other daily duties will include, but not limited to:
- Updating HR policies and procedures
- Providing support in HR projects and initiatives.
- Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions, advertisements and other recruitment documents
- Conducting right to work checks
- Arranging training requirements
The successful candidate will be confident, experienced HR administrator and will have the ability to manage their own workload effectively. You will be working within a small team, so it is essential that you are a team player and are confident in your abilities. You will have good A-levels or equivalent, be knowledgeable with MS Office, and experience in maintaining databases would be preferable. Furthermore, you will have good numeracy and communication skills, and a great attention to detail.
