Your job

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to their international work placement programme.

Daily duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Drafting and sending offer letters
  • Booking accommodation and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Liaising with IT for equipment set up and HR for salary set up and required paperwork
  • Coordinating arrangements for end of placement presentations to peers, mentors and directors

Job requirements

The successful candidate will have project coordination experience and an interest in HR as a business function. It is essential that you are able to work independently and have a great attention to detail. You will also possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility is desirable, as you may be required to work weekends/ evenings.
