HR Coordinator (6 months FTC)
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to their international work placement programme.
Daily duties will include, but not limited to:
- Drafting and sending offer letters
- Booking accommodation and coordinating travel arrangements
- Liaising with IT for equipment set up and HR for salary set up and required paperwork
- Coordinating arrangements for end of placement presentations to peers, mentors and directors
The successful candidate will have project coordination experience and an interest in HR as a business function. It is essential that you are able to work independently and have a great attention to detail. You will also possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility is desirable, as you may be required to work weekends/ evenings.
