OD, Talent and Development Director

We are looking for an exceptional OD, Talent & Development Director who offers the ability to direct the development and implementation of both corporate programs and client-focused interventions to better utilise human capital, and deliver improved business results. With the leadership of a team you will take full accountability for developing strategies around corporate initiatives this will include; employee engagement, leadership, and employee development programs and leading on managerial and professional hiring processes.
You will be well versed in operating at Board level and offer an influencing style founded within a highly commercial, fluid environment. Your natural style will foster collaboration and you will be adept in provoking thought and bringing together senior leaders with the aim of creating a unified culture and a shared vision of leadership and values. With an ability to advance a “big picture” approach you will also offer a hands on style that will embrace the opportunity to personally lead signature leadership programmes for the top team in the organisation.
As OD, Talent & Development Director you will draw upon your understanding of best practice HR thinking and build upon your own knowledge, networking with other organisations to lead on and to create pragmatic solutions for the business. This is a substantial role and we are looking for a specialist who can act as an internal advisor on; organization assessment and development, the use of change management tools and practices, performance measurement and management, engagement research and surveys, succession and talent reviews.
