Early Careers and onboarding Manager

Champion of the on-boarding experience and the ambassador for introduction to organisational culture and values – it’s a significant role within the OD/Talent team.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers cross the Group, this role will take the lead on the design and execution of a first class, timely, and consistent on-boarding experience for new hires and transfers through Apprenticeships and Graduate schemes, and be custodian of the Group induction programme.
Key accountabilities will include; designing and embedding the employee induction and experience programme, developing and implementing a range of initiatives to support the talent acquisition and learning and development teams specifically for emerging talent - supporting the orientation and coordination of this as necessary. Developing and administering a tracking and evaluation programme to meet assessment requirements and monitor performance, and ensure industry information and career messaging is articulated through website and social media channels.
We are looking for a specialist with experience in talent acquisition/resourcing, specifically emerging talent – graduate schemes and apprenticeship programmes. With proven success of designing and delivering effective induction programmes that engage top talent, together with strong project management skills that have helped to plan, scope and manage multiple programmes within a matrix organisation. Budget management experience is essential, as is the ability to engage and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders – fostering strong working partnerships that promote honest, transparent communication enabling both short and long term strategic aims to be achieved.
