Senior HR Business Partner
Our client is a specialist engineering business with operations across the world, demonstrating significant growth and organisational development, securing high profile and complex infrastructure projects through their reputation as a trusted and reliable partner – delivering creative, efficient, and high quality solutions.
Strategic partnering the Directors across their Corporate and Support functions (c.400 customer group), you will help to form and drive their respective end-to-end people agendas, aligning to the broader group strategy that is supporting the business expand their international operations and become a tier one partner.
Reporting to the Human Capital Officer, you will welcome the opportunity to ‘role model’ strategic HR Business Partnering to the broader team, help colleagues transition to the new operating model, as they embed their first centralised shared service centre to manage all first line ER queries and HR administration.
Whilst you will work with our recently appointed Head of OD, and specialist colleagues within Talent Acquisition and Reward, this is a period of transition and therefore the successful candidate will recognise that during this time they will be required to support operational HR activities within their customer groups until implementation is completed.
