From high-profile, multi-disciplinary schemes to community-based work, our client is a leading engineering consultancy working on projects in the UK and abroad.
Due to their continued growth, they seek to appoint a Human Capital Business Partner (HRBP) to support on a highly visible, large scale, mulit-million pound project. The role will see the successful candidate working within a joint venture environment, influencing and leading the group agenda to ensure harmonised and joined up ways of working.
Operating as a key member of the management team, and leading a small HR cohort (HR Advisors & L&D Advisors) you will offer a strong generalist tool-kit and bring drive and influence to day to day activities. Key priorities will include embedding policies and processes, introducing an employee tracking system, hiring/on-boarding and managing day to day ER activities.
We are seeking an individual who ideally offers experience of working within a project enviornment, ideally with experience of JV's and understands the challenges and capability required at “ramp up” stage.
