This will be a busy, challenging and highly rewarding role working as a Regional Business Development Trainer for a large and successful UK business. The organisation is a FTSE 250 company and a market leader in its field. This is an opportunity to join their small team delivering Sales and Customer Service Training to a specialist retail team.

Responsibilities to include

* Reviewing, assessing and auditing individual and team performance to identify where issues are and where training is needed.
* Delivery of a wide ranging portfolio of skills training courses to the operational business. The course portfolio will include

* Induction
* Customer Services
* Back Office Procedures

* Ensuring a commercially relevant solution through on going enhancement and development of the coursework.
* Maintaining training records to ensure compliance with any statutory training requirements.

We are looking for individuals with strong experience and credibility as sales professionals. This is likely to have been gained in a retail / hospitality sector or other areas where there is a face to face customer engagement.

You MUST have

* Experience of coaching or training individuals.
* The ability to inspire a passion for customer service excellence in individuals that allows them to be highly effective sales professionals.
