Our client based in Maidenhead is a pharmaceutical business, currently embarking on a significant growth journey.


Description

As the Performance Management Specialist based out of Maidenhead, you will report to the Director of People Performance and Rewards, and work as part of a key department which focuses on the compensation and benefits strategy, incentive programmes, executive compensation, compensation benchmarking, governance, performance management and mobility.

The company is currently embarking on an exciting journey which includes global initiatives and organisational development. As a specialist in the Performance and Rewards team, you will get a chance to influence on the company's ability to turn our ambitious strategies into business results.

The position is a newly established position. Your key responsibility will be to define and lead the implementation of the global approach to performance management at the company.

This entails careful analysis of which performance management approach that best fits the company's values and culture. The task is especially exciting as you will be solving it in a multi-cultural environment and an organisational setup characterised by change and room for making significant impact. You will work closely with line of business and colleagues across the entire community.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

* Design and run pilots for performance management process as input to the future global process.
* Design and implement the global approach to performance management.
* Be updated on latest research and best practice within performance management.
* Content and process lead on implementation of a global IT-system for performance management.
* Support the review of current compensation programmes and processes, and the development of new programs.
* Drive continued anchoring and development of our global job structure and competency framework to ensure it drives business value.
* Develop communication material, guidelines and tools to support the implementation of reward and performance management initiatives and ensure effective anchoring across the business.

You can look forward to a close collaboration with Strategic HR Business Partners, Regional HR Directors and Managers across the global organisation.
