Description

I am currently working with a leading Banking organisation based in West London who are recruiting a Payroll Manager to join the HR team.

You will report into the Head of HR Operations and will be responsible for a mid sized Payroll of over 1000 employees.

The Payroll Manager will lead a team of two(Payroll supervisor and officer) and will project manage a number of key changes in the department including a systems implementation and a process improvement review.



* Responsibility for 10 monthly payrolls(UK,ROI,Guernsey)
* Review and create new processes to improve Payroll efficiency
* Reviewing governance and controls
* Payroll reconciliation
* P11D
* Project management of new system implementation
* Manage relationships with senior stakeholders
* Management information reporting
* Support the Compensation review process
* Manage small team
* Oversight of pensions and share schemes


Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Payroll Manager with people management experience, you will also have experience working in the Financial services sector or a similar high performance professional services industry.

* CIPP Qualified ideal but not essential
* People management experience

* Payroll governance experience
