Your job:

Do you have technical recruitment experience in with a background in engineering, IT or software development?

We have a new role working in a fast paced organisation who are happy to consider strong recruiters with agency experience, working within a small, driven Talent Acquisition team.

Job requirements:

You will support line managers in their technical recruitment needs on the full recruitment cycle, hiring into the following areas:

  • IT
  • Engineers
  • Software Development

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Supporting technical managers in developing their teams
  • Shortlisting CV's
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Using Linkedin RPS to identify top technical talent

Job requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of having worked in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Where you will be experienced in managing a database and be a confident LinkedIn recruiter license user. You will be confident, credible and have gravitas. It is imperative you are able to build strong relationships with the business.
