We have a new role working in a fast paced organisation who are happy to consider strong recruiters with agency experience, working within a small, driven Talent Acquisition team.
You will support line managers in their technical recruitment needs on the full recruitment cycle, hiring into the following areas:
- Software Development
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Supporting technical managers in developing their teams
- Shortlisting CV's
- Pre-screening candidates
- Using Linkedin RPS to identify top technical talent
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of having worked in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Where you will be experienced in managing a database and be a confident LinkedIn recruiter license user. You will be confident, credible and have gravitas. It is imperative you are able to build strong relationships with the business.
