A qualified and enthusiastic graduate is required to join the established HR team in this forward-looking, ambitious and growing School. Working alongside the HR Manager you will provide an operational HR support service to c280 staff. We are at an exciting stage in our development commencing the implementation of a new HR system, so you should have strong database skills and experience in HR systems alongside an understanding of the employment issues in the education sector. This role will suit someone with 2-3 years’ experience in HR who is part-qualified or looking to complete their CIPD qualification. Ideally you should have experience of delivering a high quality HR service within an education environment.
