Talent Coordinator position based in Central London paying £25k

Your new company
A rapidly growing global business that have over 300 fashion boutiques across Europe, North and South America and Asia. They have a well-established HR team which sits at circa 40 globally. They have luxury offices in the City with lots of benefits included.

Your new role
As the Talent Coordinator you will be reporting into the Senior Recruiter and support the team in delivering world class candidate experience. The team is continuously hiring more and more people so this will be a fast paced position. You will ensure everything runs smoothly and work with the current Coordinator booking a multitude of interviews daily, ensuring that the talent representative, stakeholder and candidate know exactly where they should be and at what time! You'll also work with our recruitment agencies and candidates directly to provide feedback on CV's, advice for next steps and to generally be the face of the Talent Team. You will also assist on the weekly & monthly reports you will help manage their headcount process, budget reconciliations and recruitment invoices.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly organized individual already in a HR or Recruitment administration position, preferable in a creative environment. You will have excellent time management skills; able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. You will have strong excel skills able to manage multiple spreadsheets for the team there. You will have a creative mind and be an ambassador of change. Solution focused and action orientated, you will be a strong communicator both internally and with external stakeholders and suppliers; with proven influencing skills.
