To drive common values and purpose supporting the Group’s one way of working, this is a newly created role that will develop the Group’s first Colleague Experience strategy. Working in close partnership with a super talented Head of Communications, and broader peer group of HR Directors and Specialists, we are looking for a natural collaborator to navigate and influence effectively across this global matrix.
If you are a trailblazer within Colleague Experience / Employee Engagement with a compelling story of success, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a specialist that innately conceives new and progressive ideas – and can demonstrate how to translate broad thinking capability into tangible solutions that deliver impressive results. It’s imperative that you’ve reached across multiple countries – mindful of varying cultures – receptive to time zones – and agile to their individuality. This is an exciting opportunity – it’s greenfield – you can make it your own – and therefore it will suit a specialist that enjoys rolling their sleeves up at ‘build’ stage.
