Henlee Resourcing is working with this Global Organisation with a base in London to recruit a talented HR Consultant initially for 12 months who will work predominately with one of their major clients.

You will support the delivery of the full spectrum of HR service delivery for the Client, ensuring that the company has an engaged workforce in the right place, at the right time, with HR structures and services in place to meet the needs of the growing population within the context of the UK employment legislative framework. Key to this role is to operate strategically to develop the workforce, to work tactically to manage employment risks and to keep BAU HR off the desk of senior management, whilst also delivering accurate status reports and escalating when necessary.

The Client has a boutique and needs-driven approach to HR with an intellectually demanding population of c.150 people (and growing!!). They already have a small HR team and requires a hands-on flexible approach. This is balanced with plenty of opportunity to build independent relationships and improve HR's added value to the business, to own HR cases and policy development as supported by good knowledge of UK employment law; and to help design and drive new HR initiatives to continuously develop our service. The Client is a modern, progressive firm, where the team thinks differently and has built a culture where individual skills and personalities can shine through.
