One of the UK’s top ranked law firms with a truly global presence is looking to hire a Benefits Advisor on a part-time, permanent basis.
The Benefits Advisor will play a crucial role in the delivery of the firm’s reward and benefits strategy. Working alongside two Benefits Managers, the role holder will provide an experienced advisory service across geographies, and assist in developing a compelling employee benefits proposition. The main target area will be UK based support, however there will be an element of international work, particularly in geographies where employee benefits is a new offering in the firm.
The Benefits Advisor will be an experienced reward specialist, ideally coming from a professional services background. They will be highly client focused and be able to accurately recognise individual needs of stakeholders beyond their roles. Bringing a collaborative approach to problem solving is essential due to the role working across teams and time zones. Being comfortable with data manipulation and reporting is highly desirable, as are strong HR Systems skills.
