HR Business Partner/Head of HR
HR Business Partner - c£65,000 plus benefits, Hertfordshire / North West London.
Our client is a leader in their field with an enviable reputation and a highly regarded HR team. Due to internal development, they are now seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a long term two year contract for one of their sites.
Reporting into the site General Manager you will have full responsibility for all people related initiatives across the business and be responsible for driving continued business efficiency and performance. You will partner the senior leadership team to provide a broad generalist HR support to include Organisational Design and Development, Employee Relations, Talent, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Change. The role will manage a small team of seven people and you will play an instrumental role in coaching, mentoring and developing more junior members of the HR team so a successor is in place once the contract finishes in a few years time.
With a proven track record of business partnering senior leaders and implementing people strategies that support business growth, you have the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. You have a natural coaching style and a real passion for developing people as well as the ability to work both on a strategic and operational level.
