A reputable and well established Property Maintenance business are recruiting a Trainer to join their team

Your new company
A reputable and well established Property Maintenance business who are renowned for their quality service and excellent contract management. Originally established in South West London they have rapidly grown securing key contracts. They offer a dynamic and hands-on culture.

Your new role
Your role is to support the company in the delivery of skills-based training courses as well as taking ownership of requisite company wide Training Administration.You will be responsible for carrying out inductions for new starters, tracking any training renewals, schedule, coordinate and maintain details for all essential technical qualifications. This will involve liaising with external approved training providers and developing key relationship Managers within the business. You will also support the HR & Communications Director with the development, implementation and evaluation of approved training materials. You will take ownership of maintaining training program records and carry out training research to guarantee best practice is adhered too. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the HR Department.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with experience of delivering training courses to large groups and individuals. Candidates will have knowledge of Learning Principles and change management. They will require strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in in HRIS and MS packages including (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
