An exciting opportunity to join a market leading and professional organisation in a HR Business Partner capacity. Working in partnership with a small HR team and experienced Head of HR this is an operational HR Business Partner role where you will need to support on complex corporate ER issues as well as helping the business continuously review and improve the way that it recruits, develops and rewards its workforce.

Based from Birmingham City Centre you will be in control of your own diary and wil need to spend time across their other offices.

As HR Business Partner you will partner with the business

* Dealing with the day to day HR/ER issues thrown up by a busy professional workforce.
* Influencing operational business decisions and consulting with operational stakeholders on HR initiatives
* Helping to develop and implement the people strategy which drives business performance
* Developing and implementing the People Strategy to positively impact business goals

We are looking for individuals with a strong HR background and the experience and confidence to deal with ER issues autonomously. You will also need

* A stable HR career background in a professional/corporate environment.
* Experience as a HR Business Partner leading on proactive HR initiatives.
* A strong and stable HR background gained in a professional / corporate environment
* CIPD qualifications

Salary - c£50k + benefits
