Our ambition is to make the ordinary possible for children and young people with autism. Our People Team is key to making this happen. This new role will provide HR advice and guidance to staff and managers, as well as support the creation and delivery of our training programmes.

Experience in providing ER Advice
Substantial knowledge of UK employment law
Confidence in your training and presenting abilities
Strong organisational skills
Track record in building relationships
Ability to work from different sites across London
A friendly and supportive team
