What are we looking for?

An Interim HR Manager/HR Business Partner for a 12 month period to cover a maternity leave.

In line with a number of large businesses in the North West, their dedicated HR team is continuing to evolve and will be embracing some interesting change programmes & new works of working.

What does the role look like?

Working alongside talented HR colleagues and supporting key stakeholders, you will be accountable for a specific business area and an ambassador for the business providing contemporary advice and guidance across the full spectrum of generalist HR activities. You will be responsible for influencing and managing relationships with key stakeholders & utilising your extensive HR toolkit to ultimately deliver a highly proactive, professional HR service. Working in partnership, you will enable the business to deliver its goals through best practice HR initiatives, which will include commercial employment law advice, talent management and organisational change & design.

Who will this role appeal to?

Preferably a Graduate & MCIPD qualified, you will have had a proven track record of delivering a results focused HR service within a complex and challenging business environment, likely to be from within a corporate, head office environment. You will have a confident & credible approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and embedding best practice ways of working. The organisation is currently undergoing a change, and practical experience of managing change and coaching managers is key.
