Your job:

We have a new exciting opportunity available for an experienced HR Advisor to work closely with the HR management team, responsible for the full employee life cycle. Working in a small and collaborative human resources team, you will have a hands on approach and will be prepared to get involved in all aspects of the role. You will have a direct influence on the development of the HR department and will be involved in:

  • Compensation and benefits
  • Providing internal training
  • Employee relations
  • Managing the expats in the UK
  • Recruitment (including career fairs)

Job requirements:

To be considered for this role you will have gained demonstrable HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services environment. Fully or part CIPD qualified would be advantageous but not essential. The ability to speak fluent French as a second language would also be highly desirable. You will be able to use your own initiative, be resilient and happy to take on new challenges, but will have an appreciation for historic procedures. Strong Microsoft Office skills is key as you will be doing a vast amount of Excel work. Due to the nature of the role, monthly travel across the UK will be necessary.
