Home-based – National Travel

Gleeson have an exclusive opportunity for a highly credible, engaging National L&D Consultant to support my client in delivering end to end learning solutions to their customers.

My client is an industry leader, with contracts across a variety of sectors. You will be joining a dynamic and creative team, supporting a client in the financial services industry.

The Role

Reporting into the L&D Team Manager, the National L&D Consultant will be responsible for delivering the full training life cycle to their customers in support of business change. You will be taking them on a journey through awareness, engagement, action and change with an interactive and effective learning campaign

Key Accountabilities

As the National L&D Consultant you will:

  • Undertake analysis of audience and learning needs
  • Design and development of learning interventions, to include instructor led training, E-Learning, quick reference guides
  • Delivery of learning solutions through a variety of methods
  • Evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Provide ‘on-site’ support such a floor walking, coaching and 121s with individuals

Key Experience/ Skills

  • An experienced L&D Consultant with a proven track record design and delivery of successful learning interventions
  • Experience of coaching on an individual and group basis
  • Ability to quickly build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly articulate and engaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working within corporate/ commercial environments

The salary for the National L&D Consultant role is £25,000 - £29,000 Per annum. This is a home based position which will require complete flexibility for regular national travel and working away from home (expenses for which will be covered)
