Part Time HR Administrator job with a professional service firm working 4 days a week in the city of London

Your new company
A prestigious professionals services firm seeks a HR Administrator to support a team of 2 in delivering the full HR offering firm wide. This role is part time for 4 days a week on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Providing support with daily HR duties working closely with 2 senior HR partners to deliver the HR offering. This role will take the lead with the firms recruitment and social media activity to promote new vacancies. Complimented with a variety of generalist duties, you will administer the training projects, assist the 6 monthly student appraisal process, draft acceptance and resignation letters and coordinate interviews both for entry and exit of the business. You'll be responsible for the maintaining and updating employee information on the HRIS and filing systems as well as providing operational support for the full employee life-cycle.

What you will need to succeed
Applicants will require experience in a HR administrative role within a corporate function. Applicants will require experience using social media within a recruitment capacity and seek the opportunity to lead on the recruitment piece with wider HR responsibilities. Applicants will also require clear motivations to pursue a permanent part-time opportunity.
