Interim HR Manager – 1 year
Are you an experienced HR person, available immediately, looking for your next long term interim opportunity in a nice, meaty role? If so this global manufacturing company, is looking for an HR Manager for maternity cover for one year, supporting the corporate centre client group in one of its divisions.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be working within a supportive and enthusiastic HR team to support the corporate functions with their HR issues and on the broader, global HR plan. The HR Manager role covers all aspects of HR including talent management; organisation design and ER and attending the management meetings. This is at a time when the organisation is going through massive transformation, growth and expansion.
If this sounds an attractive proposition, this would suit an experienced, graduate calibre HR professional with experience gained in large, blue chip organisations and who will have ideally worked with a professional client group. Experience working in manufacturing, engineering or pharmaceutical companies or similar, is preferred. Either way, candidates should be comfortable interacting, dealing with and influencing senior managers.
