HR Business Partner | FTSE 100 engineering business | North Hampshire
Following significant organisational restructuring, an opportunity for 2 HR Business Partners exists within this global, FTSE 100 engineering business. Reporting to the HR Director, these newly created positions will straddle both the operational delivery of business partnering to a specific client group as well as the strategic growth, development and design of the function within the broader business. As a client group that touches all operations of the organisation, their success is key and your role as HRBP will be to ensure the capability and delivery of this function is ensured.
Whilst managing a business as usual element of being an HR Business Partner on a daily basis, the continued evolvement of the organisation requires an HR Business Partner who has operated in an environment of significant change and organisational development. This will result in the culture being one of fluidity and ambiguity and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate comfortability in working fluidly.
