Are you looking for a new HR Manager role? Happy to consider a 12 month FTC? Available either immediately or on a maximum of 1 month notice?

My client is looking to recruit an Interim HR Manager for an initial 12 month FTC covering maternity leave.

You will be based at their office in East London and responsible for providing a full generalist HR service to the managers and employees.

Partnering with the senior managers, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance as required on a range of activities to include ER, recruitment, absence, restructuring etc.

Working within a small team, reporting into the Head of HR, this is a great role to get exposure to both generalist and project related work.

The ideal person will have come from a generalist, operational background from either logistics, retail or distribution sector. You will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and able to adapt to a range of styles and stakeholders.

Experience of managing a small team would be advantageous.
