Our pharmaceutical client currently has an opportunity for 2x HR Support Assistants with an adept knowledge of HR administration and support, to work within the HR department in Runcorn on a fixed term contract basis for 12-24 months.
 
The HR Support Assistants will be responsible for HR support to the HR Project Team in the efficient delivery of HR best practice processes to support the Employee Project Team as a provider of top class services to their employees.
 
You will be responsible for providing proactive HR Support services to the project and will deliver first line advice, guidance and admin support as well as handling challenging timelines.
 
You will be supporting large scale and complex projects which deliver best practice change management across the business so excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to develop collaborative working relationships. You must be a competent user of all MS Office Applications to intermediate level and have a CPP qualification.
 
One of the two positions will require extensive travel across the UK so a flexible approach to overnight stays is essential.
