Regional HR Business Partner - £40-£45k + car

Our client is a successful and instantly recognisable retail brand. Joining as Regional HR Business Partner you will be covering sites across the South of England (Oxford - South Coast & South East) and working in partnership with busy operational managers to deliver commercially relevant HR service and solutions.

This is a role that will give you a good level of autonomy and an opportunity to develop strong relationships with the operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

* Providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide range and high volume of HR and ER issues
* Supporting managers and coaching managers on HR/ER processes and procedures.

We are looking for candidates with a positive work ethic and the ability to build effective business partnerships quickly within a fast paced operational business.

In addition you must be able to show

1 Proven experience of supporting a business across a large, geographically dispersed region.
2 Exposure to fast-paced, high street, retail environment.
3 Significant experience of leading ER procedures such as disciplinary and grievance (through to dismissal and tribunal).

Please Note - without the above experience your application will not be successful as the client is being very specific in their requirements.

You can be based anywhere across the South of England and must be prepared to travel extensively.
