Senior HR Advisor

Due to expansion within the Company we are now seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our professional HR team. Reporting to the Group Head of HR your primary responsibility will be to manage the operational running of the HR department along with providing an advisory HR service. This will include striving for continuous improvement in the delivery of HR services whilst driving best practice to ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation. There will be lots of opportunity to work on projects. You will also oversee the activities of a small HR team.
You should have a solid track record working at an advisory level within a medium to large organisation. You must be CIPD qualified to level 7 and have broad generalist experience to deal with complex HR issues and advise on all aspects of employment law. Your approach should be pro-active looking for opportunities to implement new systems and initiatives. A background in training and development would be advantageous. Previous experience of supervising/mentoring junior staff would be desirable.
