We are looking for an inspiring and innovative individual, with the ability to engage staff and external stakeholders and build successful collaborative relationships across the health economy. You will be an exceptional leader, have a track record of delivering transformational change and have the aspiration to develop into a bigger role in the future
This is not a traditional NHS workforce role.
The focus is very much on:
- Workforce planning;
- OD, back office and systems;
- Supporting the CEO with team and board development;
- Talent management and succession planning;
- Culture and values.
