We have registered a fantastic new role working as a Senior HR Advisor on a part-time basis based in South West Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be working alongside one of the HR Consultant to expand the business through networking and building strong working relationships with new clients in a new region. You will also support with servicing a range of clients on specific HR requirements.

You will be assisting the HR Consultant on a range of areas and may also get involved in:

  • Supporting with any investigations or disciplinaries
  • Attending client meetings and networking events to establish new business (in a very soft approach)
  • Advising and supporting with recruitment drives
  • Introducing training interventions
  • Any other ad hoc work arising from the clients

Job requirements

The successful candidate will have good working knowledge of UK employment law and you will ideally be CIPD qualified, or equivalent. It would also be advantageous if you have previous experience of working in a ‘networking’ environment. You will have a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude to work, and you will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong working relationships. An eagerness to develop and learn is essential, as is the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
