Description

As HR Consultant, Diversity and Inclusion, your main responsibilities will be:



* Design, build and delivery of Diversity solutions that enable the delivery of Diversity strategic objectives taking into consideration the impact of change on the organisation.





* Support employee networks - working closely with Women in Business, Embrace (LGBT), Ethnicity Work to grow and develop their EVP and ROI. Responsible for creation and build of our Parents and Carers network, work with chairs, steering committee and ExCo Sponsor to roll out nationwide. Help chairs of the Enable (Disability network) to grow and develop their EVP and ROI.





* Engage with Emerging Talent and Universities to look at gender split, socio economic and ethnic breakdown of population and how we work with them to continue to build our future pipeline of talent





* Partner with CSR/Sustainability to consider schools for LGBT, socio economic and gender, with a particular focus on strategies to influence the next generation.





* Responsible for working with external Maternity vendors to implement employee and line manager coaching for maternity, create a pre/during/post check list, identify role models.





* Responsible for Award submissions - qualitative submissions of the Diversity & Inclusion programme


Profile

What we'll be looking for in you:



* Extensive knowledge and interest in the current and future Diversity & Inclusion priorities facing financial services and wider industries





* Experience of project management, including business case planning and return on investment, and delivery to budget and time against set milestones





* Strong influencing and communication skills verbally and in writing to inform and persuade up to senior stakeholder level





* Strong stakeholder management up to and including Director level





* Functional knowledge of HR and related processes





* Project lifecycle planning and delivery of projects demonstrating commercial acumen





* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines





* Educated to degree level (Desirable)



* CIPD (Desirable)
