An established & successful Business based in Birmingham with multiple sites across the country.


Description

In your role as Interim Learning & Development Manager your key responsibilities will be to provide blended learning interventions, relevant to the various divisions and Business areas including:

- Providing best practice and tailored solutions using multiple methodologies to support cross-functional departments & divisions.
- Evolving content including digital learning, providing integrated solutions with a blended approach.
- Stakeholder engagement in understanding the needs of the Business areas in line with wider strategy, including the need to challenge and interrogate.
- Making recommendations for appropriate methodologies.
- Creating a plan for design & delivery.


Profile

To be considered for this role you must have sound Learning & Development knowledge as well as excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence at all levels and adapt your style accordingly.

You must be able to demonstrate your experience in offering blended solutions, sustainability and tangible results as well as being able to interrogate and challenge the status quo.

Experience within the Retail or related sector is highly advantageous.
