Your new role
Your new role will primarily focus on supporting the L&D Manager in delivering an effective service to the organisation. You will co-ordinate all training activities including; preparing reports on training activity, managing training budgets and ensuring all training materials are up to date and ready to use. In this role you will play a key part in building a long term L&D strategy and shaping what this looks like for this national business.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an HR Admin/L&D Admin role is desirable as you will need a good understanding of the training life cycle and be able to identify training needs. You will be confident with Microsoft office systems, especially Microsoft Excel. In order to apply for this position you should be immediately available or working no longer than 1 weeks notice.
