Generalist HR Advisor (6 month FTC)
We have registered a new exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised HR advisor to join a well-known and rapidly expanding organisation based in Swindon for a period of 6 months. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective generalist HR support to their businesses based in the central region of the UK.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Advising the team on HR policies and procedures
- Promoting HR best practice
- Attending regional meetings as required
- Assisting with general HR administration
To be successful in this role you will be CIPD qualified, and have a range of HR experience. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills, and you will be knowledgeable with UK employment law. You will be an effective communicator and will be approachable, enthusiastic and will maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times. You will have good organisational and time management skills and will be IT literate: Word and Excel.
