Description

The key responsabilties for the role are including although not limited to:

The achieving of revenue targets set each year and reviewed each quarter

Personal revenue targets achieved each month and quarter

Development of relationships both internally and externally

Ensuring that the team achieves relevant out-put targets

Creating real value add propositions for our customers

Driving excellent customer service for our customers

Promoting the Page brand

Demonstrating key behaviours to drive performance

Developing and mentoring your current team


Profile

Candidates suitable for the role of Manager - HR recruitment will have the following skills:-

Management experience within an Agency/Consultancy environment

Experience within HR is preferred although not essential. An interest in HR is a must.

A proven track record of increasing revenue

Track record of personal billings

You will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills

Examples of "Value Add" propositions to candidates and clients alike

Examples of developing your staff


Job Offer

With an ideal salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 and quarterly bonus potential the scope of earnings within the role is vast. You would also qualify for discounts at well know retailers, Health-care in addition to further benefits.

Dependant upon suitability and experience candidates outside of the listed banding would also be considered.
