Head Of HR, Lincolnshire
Head of HR working in a progressive FMCG environment the client is looking for a Senior HR candidate with a genuine interest in manufacturing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to business partner the MD of Sector and work closely with the Senior Leadership team. This role is focused on Organisational design ensuring we have the right structures and capabilities for the sector. You would take full ownership of the HR strategy for this sector. You will have excellent autonomy and freedom to act to deliver success. This is a "can do" environment where a passion for delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
Each member of the leadership team plays a key part in devising the overall long-term goals for the business and as part of this you will play a key role in the leadership development for the Business Exec but also developing future leaders through succession planning. They have begun a change journey and made positive differences to the profitability and are looking to develop further, key to this success will be its people plan.
This role will focus on the people agenda and organisational design, ensuring that we are building and developing capabilities for now and the future, as the business continues to evolve. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to the site HR teams, developing their skills and abilities.
The manufacturing site requires a business focused, pragmatic Head of HR who is approachable, with a genuine interest in manufacturing. There is travel involved to the manufacturing sites.
This role has both strategic and tactical elements as on time performance is key within the business you need to enjoy both elements
* Have the ability to develop and implement a HR strategy
* Have proven experience of working at influencing at Senior Exec Level
* Have change management knowledge
* Have Experience of working for a FMCG manufacturer or logistics, company
* Enjoy working in a pace focused environment
* Understand and have previously worked with Unions
* Have a depth and broad range of experiences in ER
