Hudson are working with a growing, diverse retail business to attract a Training Manager into a newly created role. This is a unique opportunity to set up the training piece from scratch across operational, customer service and management client groups as the company go through a significant period of growth. Ideally we are seeking candidates with a background in retail, logistics, service, distribution, warehousing or similar. You will work alongside the Group Learning and Development Manager and the operations Managers to deliver the learning and training needs for around 500 employees. The key responsibilities are:

* Designing and delivering training across the business particularly in the areas of customer service, operations, health and safety, design and delivery and best practice
* Training needs analysis (TNA)
* Proactively organising training needs with a strong focus on high levels of customer service
* Bespoke training requirements for individuals where required
* Formulate an induction process for new starters
* Delivering training through the classroom, online courses, webinars, workshops
* Managing the training budget

Salary £38,000 - £42,000 base
