Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will work closely with your welcoming and dedicated colleagues within the wider People & Organisational Development directorate to ensure delivery of a proactive, professional and value adding HR service.
Using your well-developed coaching and data analysis skills, your aim will be to empower and enable your business partners to proactively manage their business and people plans and to shape the development of their teams. To do this you will build strong, effective, professional relationships quickly and use your calm and positive approach to establish and maintain effective working agreements.
You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver against shared objectives with the emphasis on effective communication and team working.
Working in conjunction with our specialist employee relations team, you will have significant demonstrable experience in coaching managers through complex employee relations cases and have the ability to help them proactively identify opportunities, benefits and risks associated with all people-related activity.
You will be expected to achieve and maintain high standards of performance with minimal supervision and to be willing and able to challenge and give feedback in a positive and supportive manner
