Currently working with a household brand in Middlesex who are searching for a HR Business Partner. The role is on a fixed term basis until the end of the year and will interview next week to start as soon as possible

The role of HR Business Partner will be to provide a broad spectrum of human resource initiatives and operational HR management. As one of HRBP's you will provide HR business partnership to the Finance, R & D and Legal functions and their respective leadership teams, effectively leveraging knowledge, expertise and systems to deliver HR solutions that add value to the business.

The HRBP will play a pivotal role providing:

* high quality consultancy and support on all people issues and HR projects that align with organisational goals and HR strategy, whilst maintaining procedural compliance and transactional satisfaction to all stakeholders
* organisational and people capability building
* resource and talent management planning
* supporting members of the HR team with generalist HR activities

Key Responsibilities

* Develop a deep understanding of the business, acting as a trusted advisor for Leaders and Managers on all HR issues
* Create effective relationships across all levels through influencing, engagement and coaching to improve line manager and employee capability
* Manage the execution of HR Programmes such as Performance Management processes, salary review, bonus planning, talent review and succession planning with relevant client groups, to project timeline and goals
* Supporting the business to implement initiatives that will result in strong employee engagement. Monitor and actively encourage diversity and inclusive behaviour.
* Supporting managers with recruitment through sourcing and selection to on-boarding, ensuring that internal and partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure external talent pipelines are delivering resource requirements.
* In partnership with HR Operations, manage headcount reporting and forecasting
* Partner with HR Operations team to provide accurate and timely information in respect of payroll changes, joiners/leavers, etc.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues on ad hoc projects as required
* In conjunction with Learning & Development deliver presentations, awareness sessions and workshops as required and that support achievement of individual development needs and business goals.
* Provide expertise for relevant client groups on all employee relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, grievance and disciplinary processes. First point of contact for ER and maternity/paternity/parental leave processes ensuring the correct procedure is adhered to across both UK and Ireland to ensure fair and equitable treatment for all employees.

This role will be suitable for a confident, credible and capable Senior Advisor or Junior BP who has solid experience in a fast paced environment and is ideally CIPD qualified. You will have direct experience of supporting a demanding client base, supporting the management of business change and excellent knowledge of UK employment law
