Chiumento has always had a reputation for innovation. Now, through digital transformation, we are revolutionising the way outplacement is delivered. We’ve responded to a changing world where things like convenience and immediacy are critical to outstanding customer experience.
What will be keeping you busy?
You’ll be first point of contact for any outplacement delegates that are referred through to Chiumento. You will be responsible for understanding their needs and assigning resources to help them secure their desired outcome as quickly as possible. That could be finding a new job but it could also be starting a business, joining the “gig economy” or active retirement. You’ll act as the account manager for individual delegates – helping them to maximise the potential for the vast range of resources on offer. That could be providing immediate advice, guiding them to the right e-learning or setting up on-line meetings with our specialist coaches.
Who are we looking for?
We need people who have a strong understanding of the recruitment market. People who are tech savvy, work at pace and are commercially aware – you’ll be managing budgets and suppliers to deliver an integrated and seamless experience.

What might you be doing today?
You’ll come from a background that has given you a well-rounded knowledge of the UK job market. You’ll almost certainly have recruitment experience but if you’ve worked in an outplacement or careers advice environment that would also be of interest - we just need to be confident you are up-to-date with the latest trends and developments. You’ll love technology and will be able to demonstrate that you can work effectively in a virtual team. That requires a different skill set to being office-based. Our culture is built on trust so we need to know that you can work in an environment based on leadership not “hand-holding” management and supervision.
