Our client, a leading blue chip business, has an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR Shared Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to establish an effective HR Shared Services function and to join a rapidly expanding business who are going through substantial change.

You will lead the Shared Services team to ensure the provision of a high quality, consistent and efficient HR Shared Service across the areas of administration, MI, and transactional core HR Operations.

A critical success factor for this role is the need to drive the development and improvement of services, processes through the implementation of a new HR system.

Key to the success of this role is ensuring on-going review and development of the service and team to improve processes and support any wider projects, as required, across the business.

The successful candidate will need to have gained leadership experience in a shared services environment, ideally from a similarly complex environment where you have a proven track record of setting up and improving the function. Previous experience in a business facing Generalist capacity will be highly valued.

You will need to be an exceptional leader with outstanding relationship management and project management skills and a strong customer focus, capable of operating at a strategic level and interpreting strategy into operational plans.
