Hudson are currently working with a Reading based client to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide day to day support and HR guidance to a portfolio of clients predominantly in the Finance Sector.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Provide guidance and assistance to clients on a range of HR issues;
* Update procedures and policies consistent with legislation and guidelines;
* Assist in the development of bespoke HR policies and employee handbooks;
* Administer DBS and other screening checks;
* Assist with business development by building client relationships;
* Contribute to the implementation of HR software projects;
* Attend client meetings when required in London;
* Liaise with external providers with regard to employee benefits;
* Liaise with other professional institutions where appropriate;
* Review settlement agreements and contracts of employment.

* Good organizational skills


* Minimum of level 5 CIPD and ideally working towards Level 7 CIPD
* 5 years generalist experience
