An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join large global banking client as the Learning & Development Manager working with local and international offices, starting ASAP. As the successful candidate you will be a specialist within the learning space and capable of working both a strategic and operational level across all aspects of the L&D cycle to offer holistic and adaptable L&D delivery as the business continues to grow.

Your new role
understanding the culture of this large matrix financial services organisation to adapt offerings accordingly. As the Learning & Development Manager you will manage a team of 4 L&D coordinators and will have an understanding of the L&D lifecycle to process plan.

Duties responsibilities:
Provide high quality learning and development offerings to employee needs on an international scale Contribute to the firms learning strategy Ensure that the Learning Management System is current and well managed, including the running of regular systems updates and the implementation of new learning technologies. Develop and implement core curriculum and other employee programmes including e-learning using the 70-20-10 principals to meet the business requirement and goals for developing this offering. Support the roll out of international training programmes and track and evaluate all L&D delivery to provide future analysis to support cost base Provide MI training stats and analysis for reporting, governance, audit and monitoring purposes.

What you'll need to succeed
Recent experience in working for global matrix financial services organisation as the L&D Manager Related post graduate degree (must) including CIPD and L&D qualification (highly desirable) Significant learning experience across the full learning lifecycle including blended and e-learning within the financial services or regulatory sector Experience in working within a culturally diverse organisation Excellent relationship builder, including the ability to manage senior stakeholders
