A permanent HR Manager for a manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham. Salary £30,000 to £40,000

Your new company
A large and established manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham.

Your new role
A standalone HR Manager role covering two sites in the West Midlands. The HR Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the people strategy across the organisation. The post holder will provide advice & guidance on HR issues, manage the recruitment process, lead employee relations cases, mange absence, develop policies & procedures and overseeing training. The HR Manager will also be responsible for Health & Safety.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager preferably with a background from within the manufacturing sector. You will have broad HR exposure and ideally be CIPD qualified.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 plus benefits
