An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward and Benefits Analyst to work for a Global Business with Headquarters in Central London on an 18 Month Fixed Term Basis. You will play an integral role in the implementation of a new career framework and mapping exercise. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a multi site business going through an exciting period of change. The duties are as follows:

* Producing a salary and benefits benchmark survey
* Preparing and appraisal of reward data
* Sourcing external data for benchmarking
* Producing salary ranges based on market data
* Role Mapping
* Advanced understanding of database management and Excel
* On-going tracking of activities and recording progress

It is preferred that candidates have worked within a large matrix organization previously and be available to start at short notice.

Salary £35,000 - £40,000
