Interim Reward Manager - Up to £400p/d

Annapurna HR are working with a global engineering firm on an Interim Reward Manager for an initial 6 month period to lead projects in order restructure the compensation frameworks across the business.

My client are looking for someone to lead change within the reward function as a result of transformation ongoing across the business. In this role, you will need to be able to effectively work with and face off to senior stakeholders in the organisation in order to break down the current structure. You will be tasked with gathering information in order to build job families and a more consistent approach to how roles are benchmarked in the business.

To be successful in this role, you need to able to demonstrate the ability to own and deliver projects successfully in a global matrix environment.
