HR Administrator / HR Advisor for a manufacturing organisation based in Redditch. Salary up to £23,000

A skilled based manufacturing organisation based in Redditch

Your new role
A Junior HR Advisor role to support the HR team in the delivery of HR service across the organisation. The post holder will provide advice & guidance on HR policies and procedures, manage recruitment processes, monitor absence levels, maintain employee records, produce letters and contracts, process changes to terms & conditions of employment and produce management reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Advisor or a HR Administrator looking to take the next step in your career. You will be qualified to Level 3 CIPD as a minimum and ideally have worked within the manufacturing (or similar) sector. You will be well organised and enjoy working in a busy environment.

What you'll get in return
